A First Reading is for a new animal. Sometimes it takes more time for introductions and to explain to the animal what's going on! 

A Follow Up Reading is one where I have connected with the animal previously, and you require further contact on the same issue or help with a new issue. 
Upload a clear photo of the animal with whom you would like to communicate, showing both eyes if possible.
